Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. Items returned after this 30-day period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items that are worn, damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a clear reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.
Please do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the eligibility criteria.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal), within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected]. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and in such cases, Guangzhou Xizhao Technology Co., Ltd. will cover the return shipping costs.
